Bilbao in northern Spain is the capital of the 3 provinces of Euskadi. It is a province that borders with Guipuzcoa to it's east, Cantabria to it's west and Alava to it's south. The city of Bilbao is a city that was historically known for it's richness and industry, and today has a population of approximately 400,000 inhabitants. It has enough space to hold atleast one million inhabitants.

Bilbao is a city surrounded by mountains, vegetation and industry, since it has become one of the most prosperous cities in the Basque region in Spain. The city has the Bilbao Ria also called Nervion flowing through the centre.

In the last 30 years Bilbao has undergone a tremendous transformation, from a city known for it's industry to being a city of touristic excellence. The football team Athletic de Bilbao has an almost religious following.
